Manual opt-in through Genting Rewards and the Neon Promotional Kiosk is required.
• Magnificent May Mercedes Drawing (entries earned throughout May; drawing May 30, 2026, 4: 00 p.m. to 8: 00 p.m.) — Win a Mercedes GLB 250 or one of five $1,000 cash prizes by earning entries through slot and electronic table play.

• $19,000 May Pay Day Cash Drawing (entries May 18 to May 24, 2026; drawing May 24, 2026, at 6: 00 p.m.) — Electronic table game players can earn entries toward cash prizes.

These promotions are manually activated, usually by earning qualifying points, printing entries at the Neon kiosk, and dropping them in the drum. All offers are subject to verification, taxes are the winner’s responsibility, and terms and conditions apply. Membership and opt-in requirements typically apply, and promotions are limited to eligible New York residents 21 and older.

How Genting Rewards actually works for players

Genting Rewards is straightforward: play qualified slot and electronic table games to earn points, redeem points for Free Slot Play, and print or drop entries for drawings. Key things to keep in mind:

• Points-to-entry math — many promotions use 100 points per entry as the qualifying threshold.
• Redemption windows — some redemptions are limited to specific days and times, so plan to visit the rewards desk or kiosk.
• Points expire after 120 days of inactivity, and points and rewards have no cash value.
• Prizes require verification, and management can alter or cancel promotions at any time.

This hands-on rewards model benefits regular floor players who can optimize timing and kiosk activity to maximize entries.

Games on the floor and what they mean for you

Expect the US favorites—slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker, and electronic table games—with Pragmatic Play titles among the slot options. Translate common technical features into player benefits:

• Higher RTP titles — generally offer better long-term payout potential.
• Lower volatility slots — tend to deliver more frequent, smaller wins, which is helpful when chasing entries tied to play.
• Higher volatility slots — offer bigger jackpot-sized payouts on rarer spins, useful when you’re aiming for a single large score.
• Electronic table games — good for steady point accumulation if you prefer strategy-based play.

The casino’s mix suits both casual slot players and table-game fans who want to earn rewards while they play.

Banking, support, and on-site convenience

Resorts World accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, and operates in US dollars. Support options include live chat and email at support@rwnewyork.com for account or promotion questions. On the convenience side, the property emphasizes in-state accessibility for New York residents 21 and older, and the Neon Promotional Kiosk makes opt-in and entry printing fast and easy. Remember that taxes on cash prizes are the winner’s responsibility, and self-excluded or otherwise ineligible members cannot participate.
